I was born in the Republic of Panama where I attended school and played after school sports like soccer. After graduating, I landed my first job with the Edwards Air Conditioning and met my wife of 38 years, who was born in Panama during a time when the US occupied sections of the country. Shortly after meeting my wife, I was employed at the Panama Canal working in the electrical and maintenance divisions before deciding to move to the US in 1983. 

For the first year we lived in Florida then we relocated to Albuquerque, NM where our son was born. The next 3 years, I worked for several companies across multiple trades learning as much about each trade as possible. Then we moved to Phoenix, AZ where my daughter was born, and I landed my first job in the environmental industry as golf course groundskeeper for 3 years. 

In 1989 we moved back to Florida where I was hired by St. Lucie County Leisure Service where I worked for 1 year as a maintenance man before being promoted to foreman. After 3 years as foreman, I was transferred to P.G.A. associated Fair Winds golf course as an assistant superintendent and acting superintendent for a period before being reassigned to the New York Mets spring training facility supervising the grounds crew. While in this position, I received many awards and recommendations for outstanding facility maintenance thus prompting my transfer to Lawnwood stadium where I became responsible for every sport field and common ground area owned by St. Lucie County Leisure services. 

After 10 years with the County, I took a position supervising the Lawn & Ornamental division for Brogan Pest Control for a couple years before being hired by Florida Green Environmental Services as a company supervisor. I worked with Florida Green for 18 years before deciding to open my own company.
